Also this week for homework we had to write a response to an article about why men shouldnt marry career women. I am very against this. There is nothing wrong with women having money and working. I do not feel that it would make any difference in the marriage if both spouses work. I think that would help things financially. I thought that the article was very bias and made women sound like they are slaves for the family.

weeeek ending!!
This week we started to decide our topic for the paper. I am doing project 3 on Lowering the Drinking Age from 21 to 18. I am very interested on this topic because it is something that involves me. Since I am 18, I want the drinking age lowered because then I could drink legally now. We did many brainstorming activities in class this week that will be very helpful with the project.

That's a good topic for project 3! It's very interesting, especially to college students. I agree that the article about not marrying career women is ridiculous because there is nothing wrong with a woman making her own money and helping the family . I thought the article was a little rude to women as well.
i also agree that this is a good topic. that is why this is my topic as well. this is a very interesting topic just because it involves us college students and there is alot that we could say about this just because it deals with kids our age.
